About Us

About Us....  We know that every website has this page but the title hits a nerve because in our company, it isn't "About Us" it's about YOU. That said, here is who we are and what we have done on our paths to AirTech TPMS.

What makes AirTech TPMS unique in our industry is that, by design, we are small in size, experts in our field and extremely focused in our mission.  We only sell TPMS products and we intend to keep it that way in the future.  With just our top principals, we have over 16 years of specific TPMS experience, over 30 years in Wheels and over 50 years total in the Automotive Aftermarket. We look forward to applying that experience to help you identify the perfect TPMS solution for your business.

Mark Rodgers

CEO / Founder

It has been a long long long path before founding AirTech TPMS.  Out of Cal State University At Fullerton as a marketing major, I got lucky and was the third person hired and the first National Sales Manager for a startup called Armor All.  It started me on two paths that defined my career, namely the Automotive Industry and marketing "New Product Categories".  After a exciting 5 year ride I ended up at a Motorola owned distributorship where I worked in sales and was promoted to Motorola Corporate where I became the youngest Western Regional Sales Manager in the companies history. My responsibilities were for Sales and Product Development for all Automotive and Electronic Product in the 11 western states and working with a wide range of customers from Boeing 767 music distribution development to Douglas Aircraft, Mack Truck, Peterbilt, and many others. My next stop was Marketing Manager for Pilot Automotive, followed by founding Target Marketing specializing in taking mid sized Automotive Aftermarket companies to the next level.  In 2009 I was hired as the National Sales and Marketing Manager for the Oro-Tek TPMS distributor.  It fit me like a glove. In 2010 I joined wth Pilot Automotive and launched PilotTPMS.  For 2 years, I helped Cub (Taiwan TPMS factory selling to Pilot, 31inc, ITM and Dorman) develop one of the first programmable TPMS solutions.  For the next 3 years I was responsible for all aspects of Sales, Development and Management of our PiltoTPMS brand.  In 2015 I started AirTech TPMS, and after 18 months of development, we are back in business and look forward to both the opportunities and challenges we face.

Hany Khoury

National Sales Manager

At a very young age and throughout all my life, friends and family have told me one unanimous thing about myself; "Hany you have the gift of gab." I never truly understood what they meant until, in my first year of college, I stumbled onto my first sales venture and realized how much I enjoy the world of sales.  To me sales is much more than just the money. The opportunity to connect, build relationships and trust with clients, and link them to what I have that can help them improve their business and bottom-line is an exhilarating process. I truly believe that if all salespeople focused on that aspect of their business, they will be successful. This is a strength of mine that I hold to high esteem, and have never deviated from it. I think it is how I found success in the automotive world, that in my opinion, is very relationship driven.

I came into the whirlwind that is the TPMS industry in 2010 by sheer fate. I had moved back home to CIncinnati from NYC (where I worked in Legal Advertising Sales) and was seeking employment. A small startup company by the name of Orange Electronic found my resume online, called me in for an interview and within 2 weeks my career in TPMS began. I helped launch the Orange brand off the ground, and worked tirelessly at building a customer base and helped brand the company. With the market moving heavily more and more towards a TRUE programmable sensor solution, myself and a couple other partners, found the CUB Taiwan TPMS line. Together we formed TPMS Solutions, LLC and for 4 years helped grow that business as the company's National Sales Rep. I met Mark through working with him on the PilotTpms product line, and we ultimately clicked as we shared one key philosophy: Build the business through complete transparency and customer first approach! When he approached me about becoming a his National Sales Manager and help build the AirTech TPMS brand, it was a no brainer for me to join him. I look forward to working side-by-side with our customers as we face the dynamic, challenging and ever-changing world of TPMS!
